For little witches everywhere, the famous Shiny Chariot is the ultimate role model. However, as girls grow up, their opinions about her change - now just mentioning Chariot makes everyone call you a kid. Nevertheless, an ordinary girl named Atsuko Kagari, who admires Chariot, enters the prestigious Luna Nova Magical Academy with the hope of one day becoming like her idol. However, the magical academy isn't the fun and exciting place Atsuko imagined. Tedious lectures, strict teachers, and students who mock Chariot are all there. But when she finally gets a chance to prove herself and makes an effort, it's up to her to stop a furious dragon before it destroys the entire academy.
